Naso: grande, con sentori di ginepro, agrumi, foglie di salvia e semi di coriandolo, tutti evidenti Bocca: secca. Anche leggermente oleoso, con sentori di arancia amara e terra. Ancora una volta forte ginepro. Finale: abbastanza amaro con angelica. Nel complesso: il gin Gilpin sa cosa sta cercando di ottenere e poi lo fa. Un gin extra dry impressionante.
