Il Porto Quinta da Pacheca Pink è un vino Porto di colore rosa prodotto da un blend di varietà di uve rosse vinificate con l'obiettivo di estrarre il minimo colore possibile. Le uve sono raccolte in cassette da 25 kg e leggermente pressate appena arrivano in cantina. Segue una chiarificazione del mosto e la fermentazione a basse temperature per preservare aromi freschi e fruttati.
