Pacheca Porto Colheita 2000 deriva dalla vinificazione tradizionale di uve provenienti da diverse vecchie vigne del Douro, naturali delle varie varietà autoctone della stessa regione. Dopo la loro pigiatura in cantina, queste vengono calpestate a piedi due volte al giorno fino all'introduzione dell'acquavite di vino. Invecchiato in botti di rovere portoghese.
