Dopo una selezione accurata delle uve in vigna, la vendemmia è stata effettuata manualmente in casse da 20 kg, successivamente sottoposte a un raffreddamento in camera frigorifera fino a 8-10ºC. Successivamente, vengono selezionate su un nastro di scelta e pressate a bassa pressione in pressa pneumatica. La fermentazione alcolica avviene in tino di Inox per un periodo di 18 giorni con temperatura controllata intorno ai 15ºC. Dopo la fermentazione alcolica, il vino base rimane in affinamento in Inox, promuovendo il sollevamento delle fecce fini fino a febbraio 2014. La seconda fermentazione alcolica in bottiglia è iniziata a giugno 2014, prolungando l'affinamento in bottiglia con le fecce della seconda fermentazione fino al momento del dégorgement che precede la commercializzazione. Il dégorgement è avvenuto nell'ottobre 2023, conferendo al vino una grande complessità a seguito dei lunghi anni di affinamento in bottiglia.
