O Quinta da Oliveirinha Grande Reserva Tinto 2021, da família Alves de Sousa, nasce no coração do Douro, em vinhas classificadas com a prestigiada “Letra A” e com mais de 60 anos de idade. Resultado de um blend de 15 castas autóctones, como Touriga Franca, Touriga Nacional e Tinta Amarela, revela uma cor rubi profunda e um perfil aromático complexo, com notas de ameixa seca, avelãs, chocolate preto e folhas secas. Na boca é envolvente, com taninos muito finos e um final longo e elegante. Estagiado 18 meses em barricas de carvalho francês, apresenta excelente capacidade de envelhecimento (15 a 20 anos) e acompanha na perfeição pratos de carnes intensas como vaca ou cabrito.
