Da Quinta S. João Batista arriva questo Cabeça de Toiro Reserva Privada, un vino dal carattere eccezionale, ottenuto dal vitigno Alicante Bouschet. Prodotto da uve raccolte manualmente durante le prime ore della giornata, è stato vinificato con continuo contatto con le bucce. Invecchiato per 12 mesi in botti di rovere francese, risultando in un vino corposo e complesso, con sfumature di cioccolato, tabacco e spezie, presentando un finale armonico e prolungato.
