Vinificazione del Vino Rosso Bafarela Grande Reserva 18 Litri: accurata selezione delle uve in vigneto. La diraspatura è stata completata e la pigiatura controllata. Ha avuto una macerazione prefermentativa sulle bucce a bassa temperatura per 48 ore. La fermentazione è avvenuta in vasche di acciaio inox a temperatura controllata e la macerazione con estrazione moderata è proseguita per un periodo superiore a 40 giorni. In nuove vasche di acciaio inox, il vino ha svolto la fermentazione malolattica ed è subito entrato in botti di rovere francese (500 litri) dove ha invecchiato per 12 mesi.

In bocca ha buona ampiezza e precisione, seducente, con frutto evidente molto incentrato sul floreale, ha una buona struttura con tannini fitti ma fini.
