Vinificazione del Vino Verde Alvarinho Soalheiro Primeiras Vinhas: Le uve, esclusivamente della varietà Alvarinho, vengono raccolte a mano in casse di piccole dimensioni e trasportate in cantina in breve tempo. Dopo la pressatura, il mosto ottenuto decanta per 48 ore, segue la fermentazione, a temperatura controllata. La fermentazione avviene essenzialmente in acciaio inox (circa il 15% del volume totale fermenta in botti usate di rovere), con mantenimento delle fecce fini fino all'inizio di maggio, mese in cui avviene l'imbottigliamento.
