Dopo un'attenta selezione in vigna, le uve sono state trasportate alla cantina in piccoli cesti di vimini da 20 kg e poi trasferite in celle frigorifere, dove sono state raffreddate per evitare fermentazioni premature. La pigiatura e la diraspatura sono state seguite da un lungo periodo di macerazione e fermentazione in vasche di acciaio inox, con controllo della temperatura. Il vino ha affinato in botti di rovere francese e americano per un periodo di 12 mesi prima dell'imbottigliamento.
