Colore: Ambrato profondo con riflessi fulvi Naso: L'aroma è pieno e rotondo, con molta caramella mou, zucchero giallo, note di Marsala, un accenno di carne di maiale salata, delicate arance e mandarini, e un piccolo tocco minerale, aspro e leggermente solforoso. Con una spruzzata d'acqua, c'è un'esplosione di note floreali, come chiodi di garofano freschi e poi un po' di pasta di pane salata.Gusto: una sensazione deliziosa, morbida, dolce e calmante al palato porta immediatamente a un ricordo di budino al caramello appiccicoso - melassa, datteri, zucchero di canna e le spezie più delicate, come noce moscata e cannella. C'è una nota citrica permanente, come l'olio d'arancia, con alcune mandorle ricoperte di zucchero.Retrogusto: lungo, legnoso e dolce, con il minimo accenno di anice.
