Quinta dos Aciprestes circonda il fiume Douro con i suoi dolci pendii, in un'area completamente ripiantata con le varietà più nobili della Regione delimitata del Douro. Situati tra le sottoregioni di Cima-Corgo e Alto Douro, i suoi vigneti beneficiano di un microclima, che offre le condizioni ideali per la maturazione delle uve.Vinificazione del Quinta dos Aciprestes Reserva Tinto Wine 2019: La fermentazione avviene in tini di acciaio inox con controllo della temperatura. Segue un periodo di invecchiamento di 12 mesi in botti di rovere francese, con il 30% del vino che matura in botti nuove.
