Tutti i nostri vini vengono accuratamente invecchiati in botti per 22 mesi, mantenendo tutte le diverse fermentazioni di ogni singolo appezzamento in cui dividiamo i nostri vigneti, completamente separate fino alla partita finale. Cerchiamo sempre le diverse particolarità di ogni lotto, la loro unicità e il modo in cui si completano a vicenda. Una puntata esposta a nord ha messo in mostra alcuni nuovi sapori e personaggi che secondo noi valeva la pena "lasciare" a se stessi. Nella nostra vita ci sono momenti e vini che segnano la nostra vita enologica, che a loro volta fanno parte del nostro curriculum. Questo vino era uno di questi. Lo chiamiamo CV - Curriculum Vitae.
