Ricreare un'espressione regolare in ogni edizione mescolando tocco dopo tocco lotti di annate diverse è un'idea innovativa che è all'origine di un vino pensato per essere consumato in modo diverso, puramente goloso e rilassato. Fornisce sia profumi di frutta molto matura, tipici dei grandi vini da muffa nobile, sia aromi di frutta fresca, che ricordano il limone, che contribuiscono all'immediato vigore del vino. Ampio e intenso fin dall'ingresso in bocca, evolve poi in una vivificante freschezza agrumata. Sebbene questo vino di Sauternes sia stato concepito per essere bevuto giovane, ha comunque un buon potenziale di conservazione.
