Vinificazione del Vino Beyra Jaen Tinto 2018: Uve raccolte a mano, ricezione con diraspatura totale e immediata pigiatura. Fermentazione in vasche di acciaio inox a una temperatura tra i 16-17ºC per un periodo di circa 20 giorni. Affinamento di 8 mesi in botti di rovere francese 2/3 e americano 1/3. Vino non filtrato, soggetto a creare deposito con l'invecchiamento.
