Vinificazione del Vino Vinha D Ervideira Colheita Seleccionada Tinto 2019 da 3 Litri: le uve sono vinificate separatamente. La Trincadeira, Alicante Bouschet e Cabernet Sauvignon fermentano in vasche di acciaio inox con pigiatura meccanica, a una temperatura controllata di 25ºC. L'uva Aragonez fermenta in serbatoi orizzontali (vinimatici).
