Vinificação do Vinho Carm Reserva Tinto Magnum: eliminaram-se cachos que não se encontravam em perfeitas condições, desengace total, esmagamento suave e choque térmico, seguindo-se então um período de maceração pré- fermentativa a frio em lagar por cerca de 12 a 24h, após o que as massas foram transferidas para cubas de fermentação largas e baixas, maceração por 8 dias a 22ºC.
