Vinificazione del Vino Ribeiro Santo Vinha da Neve Branco 2019: Vendemmia manuale. Uve provenienti da un unico appezzamento di Encruzado della Quinta do Ribeiro Santo, il più vicino alla montagna della Serra da Estrela. Raffreddamento dell'uva prima della pressatura. Macerazione a freddo. Fermentazione in vasche di acciaio inox sulle fecce, terminando in barrique nuove e usate di rovere francese per 6 mesi. Questo vino riposa per un altro anno in bottiglia prima di essere messo in commercio.
