Mele verdi fresche, caramello e un tocco di noci. Questo è il sapore della distillazione più lenta di qualsiasi altro in Scozia, dell'orzo che asciughiamo all'aria – mai torba – e delle botti di sherry selezionate a mano, fatte di rovere europeo e americano. Al naso è dolce, con aromi di caramello e popcorn. Un po' di noci, con mele verdi fresche. Al palato, mela verde, erba, rovere morbido e un tocco di liquirizia dolce. Aggiungi una goccia d'acqua e scopri note di olio di lino e mandorle.
