Vinificazione del Cottas Reserva Branco Wine 2017: Le uve vengono raccolte manualmente e trasportate in cassette da 25 kg, selezionate, diraspate e pigiate all'ingresso della cantina. Dopo la decantazione statica del mosto a bassa temperatura per un periodo di circa 24 ore, il mosto chiarificato viene inviato in vasche di acciaio inox dove avviene l'avvio e la prima parte della fermentazione, dopodiché viene trasferito in botti di rovere francese dove avviene la termina il processo di fermentazione alcolica e dove è previsto un periodo di battonage di circa 7 mesi sulle fecce totali.
