Vinificazione del Vino 2 (Due) Quintas Tinto 2021: le uve, raccolte manualmente in cassette della capacità di 150 chili, vengono pigiate e diraspate per poi fermentare in lagares di granito e tini di acciaio inox, dove prolunghiamo la macerazione per il tempo necessario per ottenere un vino con il corpo e la struttura desiderati. Dopo la fermentazione malolattica, il 20% del vino matura in botti di rovere francese, il 30% in barrique e la restante rimane in vasche di acciaio inox per 12 mesi.
Ciliegio intenso, scuro con riflessi rubino
In bocca è concentrato, con una struttura compatta, tannini setosi e ben sintonizzati. Nella sua complessità spiccano note di more e liquirizia.
Naso maturo e intenso, vinoso, dove spicca il profumo di prugne e frutti di bosco; dopo l'agitazione si trasformano in complesse note balsamiche
