Vinificazione del Vino 2 (Due) Quintas Riserva Branco 2022: Le uve sono raccolte manualmente e trasportate alla cantina in piccole cassette, separate secondo la varietà e il vigneto; il mosto è ottenuto mediante pressatura diretta dopo macerazione in camera fredda. Il mosto pulito fermenta in vasche di acciaio inox (75%) e in botti di rovere (25%) francesi e austriache di diverse capacità, dove invecchia, dopo essersi trasformato in vino, per 9 mesi sulle fecce fini.
