A Quinta do Monte Xisto i primi due mesi dell'anno sono stati molto secchi. Nel mese di marzo sono entrate in vigore le piogge, che si sono mantenute più moderate nei mesi di aprile e maggio, per poi intensificarsi nuovamente nel mese di giugno, consentendo il ripristino dei livelli idrici nel suolo. Nei mesi di luglio e agosto si è registrato il consueto aumento delle temperature, seguito da un inizio di settembre più fresco. È stata un’annata molto equilibrata, che ha permesso al vigneto di svilupparsi bene. La vendemmia è iniziata il 7 settembre.
Colore aperto e non intenso
In bocca la sensazione è fresca e morbida, mostrando forma e corpo.
Abbiamo proseguito verso Oriente e abbiamo trovato altri odori più esotici come l'incenso, la noce moscata e lo zafferano dell'India.
