Tonalità mogano con riflessi verdognoli che indicano che è un vino molto invecchiato. Al naso è intenso con straordinaria complessità e opulenza rivelando aromi stratificati di invecchiamento in legno dove spiccano note di fichi secchi, scatola di tabacco, prugne bianche secche e noci. In bocca rivela l'opulenza di un grande vino di Porto Antico dove i sapori sono infiniti, rivelando note di invecchiamento in legno come spezie e frutta secca, ma sempre circondati da note più fresche che conferiscono al vino un retrogusto unico e infinito.
