Oltre alla sua notorietà nella produzione di vini dell'Alentejo, Adega Cooperativa de Borba ha una grande tradizione nella produzione di liquori, utilizzando e selezionando vitigni tradizionali della regione di Borba.La vinaccia è il prodotto risultante dalla spremitura delle masse di vino dal vino , che vengono distillati nei propri distillatori, rispettando rigorosamente temperature e tempi di distillazione, garantendo così la separazione dei diversi alcoli e la genuinità e qualità dei distillati. Successivamente matura per circa 24 mesi in botti di legno, rovere francese, per l'affinamento finale prima dell'imbottigliamento.
