Questo rum è creato in due fasi di invecchiamento, entrambe in botti di rovere bianco americano. Nella prima fase, la tafia con cui il rum viene creato si basa sulla seconda fase di invecchiamento. Nella formula finale per questi distillati viene utilizzato un minimo di invecchiamento di tre anni, che vengono miscelati con altre età più elevate per aumentarne la qualità.
