Vinificazione del Vino Quinta do Poco do Lobo Reserva Branco: Le migliori uve della nostra Quinta do Poço do Lobo sono state raccolte al momento ideale di maturazione, diraspate e schiacciate, quindi macerate a 10 ºC. Dopo la pressatura delle masse vinose, il mosto è stato chiarificato e fermentato in botti di rovere francese usate per vino. Completata la fermentazione alcolica, è stata effettuata la battonage per 5 mesi. L'affinamento sulle fecce è durato 8 mesi.
