Vinificazione del Vino Beyra Grande Reserva Tinto Magnum: Vendemmia manuale, ricezione con diraspatura totale e immediata pigiatura. Fermentazione tra i 22 - 26 ºC per circa 7 giorni con macerazione delicata in vasche di cemento, macerazione utilizzando la classica tecnica del "delestage", circa 3 a 4 per fermentazione, fermentazione malolattica in botti usate.

Attacco dolce in bocca, di grande volume, si avvertono le vibranti note di frutta e spezie che sentiamo al naso, con tannini molto voluminosi e levigati, con un finale lungo e persistente.
Aroma esplosivo, molto intenso, frutti di bosco e spezie con intense note di liquirizia in perfetto equilibrio con discrete note di botte, pane tostato e vaniglia
