Vinificazione del Vino Beyra Grande Reserva Tinto 2021: Vendemmia manuale, ricezione con diraspatura totale e immediata pigiatura. Fermentazione tra i 22 - 26 ºC per circa 7 giorni con macerazione delicata in vasche di cemento, macerazione con la tecnica classica del “delestage”, circa 3-4 volte per fermentazione, fermentazione malolattica in botti usate. Affinamento di 14 mesi in botti da 300 litri di rovere americano a grana extra fine.

Aroma esplosivo, molto intenso, frutti di bosco e spezie con note intense di liquirizia in perfetto equilibrio con discrete note di legno tostato e vaniglia
