Quinta dos Murças Minas proviene da vigne piantate su un pendio tra i 110 e i 300 metri di altitudine. Queste vigne, orientate a Sud, più esposte al sole, producono uve con maggiore concentrazione. Su questi stessi pendii ci sono diverse sorgenti d'acqua, che rinfrescano l'ambiente e permettono un equilibrio tra una maggiore maturazione e la freschezza così caratteristica di Murças. Vinificazione del Vino Quinta das Murças Minas Tinto 2021: Vendemmia manuale, tavolo di selezione, diraspatura, pigiatura, fermentazione alcolica con lieviti indigeni a temperature controllate (25º a 28ºC) in tini di granito con uso di pigiatura a piedi e pressatura in una vecchia pressa verticale. In vasche di cemento e in botti di rovere francese usato, per circa 9 mesi.
