No. 209 Sauvignon Blanc Barrel Reserve Gin ha un naso floreale con sentori di cereali tostati e una sottile spezia sui toni più bassi di ginepro e agrumi. Il primo sorso è seducentemente dolce e agrumato, con un piacevole retrogusto di invecchiamento in botte di vino. La metà del palato mostra un'esplosione di toni floreali, lavanda, rosa e camomilla con tocchi di ginepro. Il finale è lungo e rotondo con note di cardamomo, cioccolato e cassia.
