Un vino con fermentazione in tini di granito e affinamento in botti di rovere francese, ha un colore rosso vivo, intenso e profondo. Molto fruttato, è intenso, complesso, con aromi di frutta rossa matura, come mora, prugna e leggero cassis, con note di frutta secca e vaniglia. La prima sensazione è morbida, fresca, piena di frutta ed equilibrata. Promette una grande longevità. Adatto a vegani e vegetariani.
