Vinificazione del Vallado Vinha da Granja Tinto: Le uve, dopo una selezione manuale accurata sul nastro di scelta, vengono completamente diraspate e fermentano per 10 giorni in botti di rovere, con controllo della temperatura e con rimontaggio meccanico tramite robot. Questo vino ha affinato l'80% in botti nuove da 225 l di rovere francese e il 20% in botti di secondo anno per 20 mesi.
