Cuvée N. 745, espressione della vendemmia 2017, una primavera fredda e secca ma un'estate calda e piovosa.
Il nostro raccolto di Aÿ, Dizy, Hautvillers (66%), Avize e Oiry (34%), oltre ad alcuni vini di riserva. Con una viticoltura che rispetta la vigna e il suolo, valorizzando la diversità dei nostri diversi appezzamenti. Vinificazione e affinamento sulle fecce fini in botti di rovere senza filtrazione né chiarifica.
