Vinificazione del vino Madeira Blandys 10 anni Bual: fermentato con lieviti naturali ad una temperatura compresa tra 18 e 21ºC in tini di acciaio inossidabile a temperatura controllata. Dopo circa 3 giorni, viene effettuata la fortificazione con alcol di vino (96% v/v), al fine di preservare il contenuto di zucchero naturale desiderato Fase: Blandys Bual 10 anni viene invecchiato per 10 anni in botti di rovere americano secondo il processo Canteiro tradizionale.
Pulito e cristallino, ambrato con riflessi dorati
Profumo di frutta secca, come fichi e prugne, con note di mandorle e legno, sottilmente completate da caramello mou e vaniglia
Naso complesso, grande intensità aromatica
