Il Gin London Number One è distillato in piccoli lotti nel cuore di Londra, il sapore unico di questo gin è il risultato della qualità degli ingredienti grezzi utilizzati, nonché della sua distillazione in alambicchi (tradizionalmente gli unici alambicchi usati per la distillazione in piccole quantità). Il London N °1 è prodotto dai migliori cereali del Norfolk, nella regione del Suffolk. Deve il suo nome ad Apsley House, che è diventata nota come N°1 di Londra, a causa della grandiosità della sua proprietà in una posizione di rilievo nella città (vicino a Hyde Park). Oggi la casa N°1 è sinonimo di eleganza raffinata, cultura e arte, attributi che si riflettono nel gin London N°1 stesso. È uno dei pochi gin realmente distillati a Londra ed è stato creato per risalire ai valori tradizionali dei gin londinesi, sebbene con un tocco moderno e unico - un'impressionante colorazione blu-turchese.
