Maria I de Portugal, como forma de reconhecimento do desempenho no comando das operações militares contra as tropas napoleónicas comandadas por Loison aquando das Invasões Francesas. Destacam-se entre estas a defesa da linha do Tâmega e também a defesa da Ponte de Amarante.
