Da notare che questo nuovo monovarietale Loureiro nasce come evoluzione del progetto sociale Germinar, promosso da Soalheiro in collaborazione con un viticoltore professionista e assistente sociale qualificato che fa parte del Club dei Produttori e ha i suoi vigneti ai piedi occidentali del Monte do Faro a Valença e applica tutte le sue conoscenze in vigna ma anche nell'integrazione delle persone con difficoltà cognitive nel lavoro del vigneto al fine di promuovere la loro autostima e lo sviluppo professionale Germinar è prodotto con uve Loureiro provenienti da un vigneto con più di 30 anni piantati ai piedi occidentali del Monte de Faro a Valença, sulla riva sinistra del fiume Minho, un territorio d'elezione per il vitigno Loureiro dove si fa sentire l'influenza atlantica, che segna la mineralità del vino e permette la morbidezza aromi floreali del vino da rivelare.
