Vinificazione del vino Branco Quinta das Bageiras Garrafeira 2020: le uve per il vino Quinta das Bágeiras sono uve da vino bianco, di oltre 75 anni. Viene vinificato a beccuccio aperto, la maggior parte del quale viene posto in piccoli decanter da 1 m³, dove rimane dalle 24 alle 36 ore a decantare mediante uso naturale. Al termine di questo processo, uno o più vengono trasferiti in vecchie botti di legno, da 2500 l, dove sono già state effettuate diverse fermentazioni. Viene imbottigliato senza alcun tipo di filtro o chiarifica (processo di chiarifica, che può portare via le proteine) e non sempre nello stesso mese, poiché è il vino stesso a decidere quando è pronto per l'imbottigliamento.
