Vinificazione del Vino di Porto Quinta do Crasto Finest Reserve: Le uve, provenienti da Vigne Vecchie, sono state trasportate in cassette di plastica alimentare e sottoposte a un rigoroso controllo all'ingresso della cantina. Dopo una leggera pigiatura senza diraspatura, sono state inviate a un tradizionale torchio di pietra dove sono state pigiate da uomini a intervalli regolari. Successivamente è stata aggiunta acquavite di vino, fermando così la fermentazione.
