Quinta da Pacheca Pink Port è un vino di Porto rosa prodotto da una miscela di varietà a bacca rossa vinificate con l'obiettivo di estrarre meno colore possibile. Le uve vengono raccolte in cassette da 25 kg e pressate leggermente appena arrivano in cantina. Segue la chiarifica del mosto e la fermentazione a basse temperature per preservare gli aromi freschi e fruttati.
