Vinificazione dello Spumante Messias Blanc de Blancs Brut: selezione accurata delle uve da un unico vigneto coltivato nella Qta do Valdoeiro. Pressatura delicata dell'uva intera e separazione delle migliori frazioni di mosto lacrima. Fermentazione in vasche di acciaio inox a temperatura controllata. Seconda fermentazione in bottiglia secondo i principi del metodo tradizionale. Affinamento "sur lies" prolungato per raggiungere maggiore complessità ed eleganza.
