Pardusco Private è un vino rosso fatto esclusivamente con l'antico vitigno Alvarelhão, conosciuto localmente come Brancelho. Attraverso le antiche tradizioni portoghesi, è un vino rosso che matura per un lungo periodo in botti usate. Dopo la vinificazione in serbatoi di acciaio inox, il vino segue una maturazione di 24 mesi in botti usate. Un vino rosso molto originale, setoso e con forte mineralità. Pardusco era il nome dato ai grandi vini rossi di Monção e Melgaço del XIV secolo, che furono i primi ad essere esportati in Inghilterra. Caratterizzati dal loro colore chiaro e dalla bassa estrazione, fatti a base del vitigno Alvarelhão (Brancelho), furono alla base della gloria della regione vinicola di Monção.
