Vinificazione del Vino 2 (Due) Quintas Rosso: le uve, raccolte manualmente in cassette da 150 chili di capacità, vengono schiacciate e diraspate per poi fermentare in tini di granito e in vasche di acciaio inox, dove prolungiamo la macerazione il tempo necessario per ottenere un vino con il corpo e la struttura desiderati. Dopo la fermentazione malolattica, il 20% del vino invecchia in botti di rovere francese, il 30% in tini e il resto rimane in vasche di acciaio inox per 12 mesi.
