L'equilibrio perfetto tra le note vegetali e la presenza della botte è possibile solo grazie al processo di invecchiamento: affinamento di 12 mesi in botti nuove di rovere francese e 4 anni in bottiglia in cantina. Un vino vibrante dal finale lungo che presenta anche un eccellente potenziale di invecchiamento, ideale per accompagnare pesci al forno, carni rosse e selvaggina speziata, formaggi intensi e salumi.
