Le uve sono state raccolte agli inizi di novembre, presentando un'importante botritizzazione nobile. Dopo la pigiatura e la decantazione simbolica del mosto, ha fermentato per 1 mese in botti di rovere piene di vino. Matura in botti per altri 18 mesi.

Si distingue per l'equilibrio tra dolcezza e acidità e per il volume aromatico, caratteristiche che gli conferiranno un buon potenziale di invecchiamento.
Complesso, intenso e caratteristico di uve fortemente botritizzate, ricorda la scorza d'arancia candita, l'albicocca secca, la marmellata, le spezie e il pane tostato.
