Rum El Dorado è un rum unico, dovuto al fatto di essere l'unico rum dello stile "Rum Demerara" e di possedere gli alambicchi in legno più antichi al mondo ancora in funzione, alcuni risalenti al Sec. XVII. Un rum ambrato premium eccezionale, leggermente corposo e invecchiato in botti ex-bourbon. L'El Dorado 8 anni è il risultato della conoscenza dei Master Blenders, composto da rum invecchiati provenienti da almeno quattro degli alambicchi in legno tradizionali, conservati nella distilleria di Demerara, incluso l'alambicco Coffey originale in legno Enmore e l'alambicco doppio in legno di Port Mourant. Questo rum è una fusione complessa di rum fortemente corposo e ricco di sapore con un rum più morbido.
