Il vino, accuratamente conservato nella proprietà, è stato seguito nel corso degli anni rivelando ora nel lotto finale un profilo di autenticità, concentrazione e colore che accompagna le deliziose note di mandorle e fichi secchi.

Frutta secca con grande complessità aromatica, mandorle e fichi secchi. Al palato è evidente la morbidezza caratteristica dei vini invecchiati in botte, potendo dopo alcuni minuti assaporare ancora qualche nota tostata, caffè, cioccolato, miele, ecc.
Note di caramello, frutta secca, leggera composta e miele che con il passare dei minuti si mescolano con sfumature di scorza di agrumi caramellati
