Porto Maynard's Colheita 1977Vinificação:Depois de uma Primavera e um Verão marcados por temperaturas baixas e alguma humidade, o clima mudou drasticamente a partir de Agosto, proporcionando condições excecionais para a maturação. Uma pequena parte das uvas, em excelente estado, foi colhida cerca de uma semana mais cedo do que o habitual, aproveitando o tempo seco e ameno. As restantes parcelas foram vindimadas ao longo de Setembro. A colheita foi feita manualmente, com as uvas a serem encaminhadas para lagares de pedra, onde foram pisadas a pé para uma extração cuidadosa da cor, taninos e aromas. No final da vindima, o vinho foi colocado em cascos de 600L, onde estagiou tranquilamente até alcançar o ponto ideal para ser engarrafado.Engarrafado em 2025

O aroma é envolvente, destacando notas de caramelo, frutos secos - com especial destaque para a avelã - e um subtil toque fumado proveniente do estágio em madeira.
