Il H. Papa Leite Pacto do Diabo Tinto 2021 è una vera espressione del terroir dell'Alto Alentejo, più precisamente della Herdade Papa Leite ad Alter do Chão, che conquista fin dal primo sguardo con il suo colore granato profondo. Al naso, rivela aromi avvolgenti di gelatina, composta di mora e amarena, completati da delicate note floreali. Al palato, il suo profilo speziato si distingue, evidenziando un'armoniosa integrazione con il legno, dove ha affinato per 20 mesi. Questa proprietà, con radici che risalgono al XVII secolo, è oggi un simbolo di qualità e passione per la produzione vinicola, essendo stata rivitalizzata da Filipe Barreiros Cardoso e dal suo team dedicato. Con 320 ettari dedicati a vigneti, olio d'oliva e allevamento di bovini, la Herdade Papa Leite promette di continuare a incantare gli amanti del vino con le sue creazioni eccezionali.
