Dalla Quinta S. João Batista nasce questo Cabeça de Toiro Riserva Privata, un vino di carattere eccezionale, elaborato a partire dal vitigno Alicante Bouschet. Prodotto con uve raccolte manualmente nelle prime ore del giorno, è stato vinificato con contatto continuo con le bucce. È stato affinato per 12 mesi in botti di rovere francese, risultando in un vino corposo, complesso, con sfumature di cioccolato, tabacco e spezie, presentando un finale armonioso e prolungato.
